I don't think CPPO sends out AOR as NDVO and perhaps LVO does.
You may call MR as AOR.

Is it mandatory to have both work experience and relevant degree to apply or experience is enough no matter what degree has achieved?

No, it is not mandatory to have the work experience relevant to academic degree. The consider points separately. The important thing is that the the work experience or job responsibilities have to be in line with NOC description.

I just got an email from CPP-O asking for the medical and police clearance (I have already sent the PCC a couple of days back, it's on its way). I need to submit the medical by 60 days.

I am in row 399 in the spreadsheet (1978bubun)

Did they also ask you to submit 6 months bank statement. I am asking because another applicant of CPP-O being asked to provide that.
