a quick side question, if i want to be out of CAP I can apply with a job offer, is it the LMO? what is the "employer" criteria, I mean if there is a very small company willing to apply for LMO for me is it ok?

Job offer is not LMO, which is needed for the employer to be able to make a job offer for foreign employee.

based on the employee's immigration status, S/he might be exempted from LMO.

This link provides information about LMO. and who are the exempted categories.

We are atleast getting quota update on cic web otherwise in may and june it was silant......

Congrats & Updated....Changed to light blue but hope NDVO starts medical and color changes to dark blue.
