Hi FSW2174,

I have 1 query. Great details you have given here. There are 3 points, A, B, C:

A. The 1st points says: "Completeness check by CIC, Sydney".
B. CIC CAP Updated column says "Number of complete applications counted towards the 300 sub-cap"
C. I called up CIC just now, and the lady told me that CAP updated on website is after checking that all received applications are complete, and no docs or forms are missing and she clearly told that for these updated caps it is NOT necessary that processing fee has been charged or the PER mail has been issued.

Hence based on above 3 points, These updated CAPS are just after first stage, i.e COMPLETENESS CHECK BY CIC, which you have mentioned in your post. So since it is updated on 3rd Sep 2013, may be these updated caps are for applications received till last to last week, may be 21st Aug 2013.

no one can predict bot anyone.. but yes good chances stand as only 179 has come under CAP

Yes. My cc was charged on 20 Aug, Got UCI on phone on 26 Aug, Ecas & IVR show "In Progress" since 31 Aug, but no PER email......

Yes brother , I got around 4 am Indian time, many got cc charge even later this time,
People were wonder how come cic work till late, this was happened before I guess 25 days.
They may do sending per via email at end of the day and doing scrutinising appl as high priority. This was my guess when I got per ver early in the morning and late hours at Sydney Nova Scotia.

Onece you file is accepted and payment is through the u will get per and total number of per issued will get notified on website.

THAN WHY THERE ARE NO CC/DD CHARGES FOR NOC 1112 AND 2174 APPLICANTS OF JUNE IF THESE APPLICATIONS ARE RECEIVED TILL DATE WHILE OTHER NOC'S ARE GETTING CHARGED???

Hi i am from india while finalizing my details on wes website, at the time of payment it is asking my billing details . i dont knw anyone in canada so without i wont be able to pay wes fees for MY ECA.

Please help asap wat to do thanks

4. Hit "Change Profile" to save


newbie need atleast 10 post and after that they also can update
Advice: Leave everything else blank as it un-necessarily takes up page when you post something and everyone needs to scroll down to see next post (if you are browsing via smartphone or tablets).

As per the response of the lady at CIC, THE CAP update on website is for COMPLETENESS CHECK BY CIC (1ST STAGE) and not for PER ISSUED.
Please note: PER is issued after Eligibility check, while CAP figures updated on CIC website are after completeness check.

Onece you file is accepted and payment is through the u will get per and total number of per issued will get notified on website.

From the spread sheet can't track down how many applicants got AOR,

Dear Admins, can you please add PER, AOR and MR status beside VO list with applicant number please?

Can any one share , I saw a comments like its AOR day, which VO please.
