No it doesn't add up to 67, so we will need my spouse to do IELTS to scale through.
Problem is, she would have to change her passport and IELTS requirement is that the passport should be valid for 6months, we just found out that yesterday and have started to apply for a new passport which will take 2 weeks, hoping to do the test in September and wait for the result
As for ECA, i already sent my cert yesterday and my school might send transcript tomorrow
SO DO YOU THINK WE CAN STILL MAKE IT?

No one can actually tell you if you are going to make it within the cap, however it is likely that you might. And I think it is worth the try.
