Even if the cap is reached they would accept some applications in waiting list (dont know upto what extent though).

So if any of the apps r rejected from the accepted apps, then the wait listed apps wud b given preference. So chillax and dont lose hope mate

There is a check list at the third page for the reasons for rejections. They would check the appropriate ones. The agent fucked up somewhere so he is covering the truth. I would ask him for the third page which has the check list.

Well, if your cap has already reached and if your app was received on 27th June, then I believe you do know the result my friend. But it also means you can very well prepare yourself for the next year's submission.
