Friends i have some queries to ask from your.

I did Mechanical Engineering & i have 7 years+ working exp in oil and gas (UAE/SAUDI/QATAR). My designation is project planner.

My calculated points are 76 based on revised chart.

Can i apply for PR with Project Planner designation ?

If yes then which agent will be good. I have contacted by Global visas..

Check both noc's 2132 and 2145. Your job responsibilities are more likely to match with 2145 Petroleum Engineers than Mechanical Engineers even-though your education is Mech Engineers.

Yes, you are right. Some reports are free, and some others cost $5.

You should have UCI and file number from CIO before requesting any report. However, You're right, applicants with PER should wait as they might receive a report stating "NOT STARTED" for each item in the report.

If you are currently outside Canada and don't know anybody in Canada, you have two options:
1. Get the report through a service provider (google it, you will find tonne of them).
2. I'll be very glad to help you get one (I can request a report on your behalf).

Odd choice of colors :-\

Global Visas cannot arrange PR for you in 6 months even if you pay 30,000 Euros.. It's up to Visa Office that is processing applications & 76 points does not guarantee that you will get PR. It will solely matter on your case. Spend wisely!

Doesn't matter if it's on your wife's name. She's accompanying you.

Thanks a lot for guiding me.. Actually Global Visas (agent) asked me to pay 3000Euro & they will arrange PR in 6 months becoz i have 76 points.

Rest i have another question about FUNDS. Can i attach my wife's bank account statements in the application or do i need to transfer funds on my name. ?

Dont waste this much amount just for agent, try to prepare file your self and no one can get visa in just 6 months. as first step (getting PER) tooks @ 2.5 months and than even everything get smooth in 6 months its not possible.

Can someone please list down steps of complete procedure,documents required & ideal time for applying PR with spouse under 2132 Mechanical Engineer.

Yes, even if you check the spread sheet someone's file come back due to spouse birth certificate not provided
