Some of us started getting MR?? From NDVO?? Can someone please confirm this. It would be an interesting turn of events. As far as I know, no one has received MR from NDVO and whatever news we had about that was from HongKong.

This link would be useful for you once your file has been transferred to NDVO (ie after you have received your PER). Right now you need to find out the present position of your file.

Friends i have some queries to ask from your.

I did Mechanical Engineering & i have 7 years+ working exp in oil and gas (UAE/SAUDI/QATAR). My designation is project planner.

My calculated points are 76 based on revised chart.

Can i apply for PR with Project Planner designation ?

If yes then which agent will be good. I have contacted by Global visas..

Hi mate - No MR news from NDVO, it is only Hong Kong VO which is in top gear. NDVO is crawling only.. !!

You may not get details from CIO as you have authorized your representative to collect information on behalf of yours. Just stalk your consultant & may be if you feel right, threaten him that you'll exclude him if he is not going to give me updated information.

Actually consultant has a big office and having around 50 employee. He personally donot meet to anyone.
His employee manages every thing.....form filling...and all stuff..
I am sure some information/query has come.

You could go in for Engineering Manager Category if you can match your duties in reference letters with the ones in NOC list

I am going to submit my application soon. but I have a small problem about IELTS certificate.
CIC states that I have to submit my original certificate with application while British Council gives candidate only one certificate.
Should I send my only original IELTS certificate or just send copy of it?
In Australia process, British Council sends certificate by itself so why Canada is not the same?

Dear Sir/Madam:

Please be advised that your application was returned with all attachments on July 17, 2013. It was deemed incomplete. A letter of explanation was provided along with the application package.

We do not keep detailed records of each application returned so I am unable to provide more case specific details.

Please note: all returned applications are sent via regular mail to the mailing address as entered on the application package. There is no tracking number. Once the application is mailed, its delivery is the responsibility of the postal service.

raij1- Has likely Got the PER which has probably been sent to wrong ID or something as when they contacted CIC they were told an email was sent on 16/08 and thats when most of the 30th may applicants were receiving PER.
