Cic emailed him that he has to choose one of the nocs

According to the above link as on March 2013, there are 605,572 Total Applicants Awaiting a Decision for PR on different categories..... which includes backlog

Now we know why they went for a strike...

After seeing Faizz response on PER, I desperately checked my mailbox for my PER....But their was an email from WES asking for my feedback...FTW
