Yes Nizam, your IELTS score card should be return back along with your complete package if ur file is returned back due to cap limit. Last year, my complete file also returned back after long wait of 3 months due to cap reach alongwith CIC letter explaining cap reach.

Since you have last year experience, what would you comment on the CIC update. Is the update based on PERs already issued or initial review of applications?

The gap between the no. of people in this forum with PER and the no as per CIC is too large (71 vs 233). For a NOC like 2174 where people are computer experts and always on lookout for forums, the gap in this no. is odd. On the contrary if we assume that most of the 2174 applicants have registered in this forum and that cic update is based on preliminary check of applications the gap is not much and fathomable (193 vs 233).

Anyone any comments?? Yes I know I am also a late applicant but I am also already preparing to apply next year .

I know it was CC. But I dont know when it was charged because the payment was made by my attorney.

If you file is complete with all documents than CIC will charge CC/DD.
After that it will be sent to ministry instruction check section 9 (if I am not wrong).
So, my cc has been charged hence documents are perfect. So, naturally it is in ministry instruction check.
I have not missed any emails, i have sent 2 emails to CIC about status but no reply.
I have verified my email id with them, still no luck.

It all leads me to the black hole ...... i guess.

As we have seen on this forum, the MI check has been done before charging the fees. I highly encourage you to call them.

Does anyone know ? When a Visa Officer is assigned to assess an applicant's case, can that applicant have the officer's Cell Number for direct contact ? Or is it always through email ?

I need help.

My application was received last May 14, 2013 but until now my credit card has not been charged
and have not received an AOR. I was wondering what could have gone wrong when my i am sure
my papers were already completed. It's 3 months now. It was received by M. KRSZWDA.

Do you guys know how many months it takes to receive the documents back just in case it was rejected?

Does anyone know the number for the call center? Normally, i heard it takes 50-70 days to get
a reply.

Email CIC at CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry@cic.gc.ca with you name, Bate of birth, and date received. They will reply you in two to four weeks. i emailed them on 7-18 and got a reply on 8-14 , which was about a month.

Though I am repeating this topic again but as I am afraid of rejection due to DD expire so want to confirm that "is there anyone who have send Demand Draft form Axis Bank, India and confirm that the validity is of six months (not three months) as nothing is written on draft and I afraid due to current increase in processing time at CIC (75days)."

Anyone has got confirmation form Axis Bank, India for validity of 6 month for Demand draft. I enquire with bank and surprisingly i got two different replies from different employee????????

hey everyone,
i was wondering if any of you, who are active on this forum, came across any pattern on how pips at the CIO are reviewing applications, since, it is obvious, that they don't do it by "first come-first serve" motto.

For what I've seen until now, they are working week by week, and some thursday or friday applications may be processed before monday applications because they are not evaluated by the same person and/or they have different complexities.

This is not true. You can check now the spreadsheet and see for yourself! Search for fee encashment dates lower then fee encashment dates of earlier applicants.

I would actually say the opposite. I think the gap is much much smaller than many of us thought it would be. In previous year, even for IT based professions, only 5% or so of successful applicants were members of this forum. So I would have expected around 10-15 of the 233 to be members here. 71 is very high.

I checked my application status thru IVR and it says it was received on May 27. is there any significance of hearing such status. I am worried now because 13 days is over after my CC charged and yet PER not arrive.
