Yes I got UCI..which shows in process..We have received your application on 16th May ..that's all ..I mailed CIC 17 days ago ..no reply from them..

select 1 for English
then 1 for foreign affair
2 for immigration
call is being transferred to cic
then 1 for English
2 for status
1 for PR
8 digit client id number will be asked
listen the request 3 times without entering client id number
then the call is automatically transferred to an agent
agent will ask information about last name, first name, date

I had mailed CIC on 18th July 2013 in regards to my application. I received a reply from them today ( 10 mins ago)
I had already received my PER on 24th so this email does not help me.

Best way is to send them an email n wait for their reply..

but i can see people here calling them and get their UCI's

call them bt than there's no guarantee u wil get UCI on fone or nt.. coz dats mere matter of luck..
so on a safer side.. write to them.. n fo sure they wil reply u in 20 working days..
thus.. call them daily neva mind.. bt also drop an email to them

I had mailed CIC on 18th July 2013 in regards to my application. I received a reply from them today ( 10 mins ago)
I had already received my PER on 24th so this email does not help me.

Did you receive your PER later than other similar applications in this forum?? because in may case other May 27 have all been charged and got their PER but I have not.... I am really worried :-[

Trying the CIC no since last two days but every time I hear "This Toll free no is not possible from your area and then it says SCT-11" PLEASE HELP!! How to reach CIC....

Hi Freshers,
After dialong the number
Ivr options are

112121

Listen the options carefully; 1st or 2nd time u may not on right track but always remember
Sequence will be bellow

1 1 2 1 2 1

No matter what and if u want to hear all option in english

After pressing last 1
They will ask u ffor cluent id number, after they ask u thrice wait and do nothing

Then u will be on a wating time of 10 min and an agent will talk
Say good morning/ afternoon and tell u want to know ur client id number ur application is with cic for 9 weeks
They will ask u other informations abd will ask u where is ur file: say nova scotia

We have applied through consultants. My questions is, can we send CIC mail and inquire about UCI or only the consultant can contact them?
Our application was recieved on the 11 June, but I am thinking if I mail them now, in 20 working days they should have open our case already and I'll be able to get some information.

I've also applied through consultant but I didn't bother to ask the consultant anything and I myself just called and got the UCI ... ! 21 days for email is tooo long for my patience anyway ...

Got an qn on 300 cap. Is the cap gets closed once 300 PER received or 300 successful PRs issued?
I understand by the number now that it is getting updatd based on PER, but if thru the process, if there be any rejection, will the next in queue be considered?
Any idea?

If I e-mail them what info am I suppose to put on the mail? Noc code, application delivery date, name of applicant and Date of birth?
