Thanx for the info. SG being one of the top VO 's , it's sad no one has heard from them. I am also from SG office. May be next week someone (or me) could drop by and find out how things are moving... But I am afraid they should not get irritated.

According to Spreadsheet, only 10 applicants of SG VO got PER.. globally it could be 20. So think CIC is waiting for more applicants so that a healthy batch can be sent to SG..

hi all,
few days ago i posted a question and all replied me that it's not a problem. The case is actually i wrote in schedule 3 form my occupation as "computer systems engineer" while i am applying for "NOC computer engineer 2147 category", now i can c in the spread sheet there is a member ICJ who had applied for NOC 2243 and his file was returned due to the mistake he actually wrote lecturer as his primary occupation.

kindly suggest will i be facing the same response from CIC or i am safe

Hello!! 1100 CAD have been charged in my credir card, and I have recived an email from CIO confirming that we have been accepted for the immigration process and that my application will be tranfered to my visa office. I am so happy now

Just Wondering. You are one lucky person. Who got CC charged and got email from CIC on the same day. So what email you received? Is that a PER email?

If you get refund, then your records from pre-2008 application will be deleted from their system? have you tried accessing thru your old UCI or Immigration file number?

all pre 2008 cases has been terminated by operation of law. So most of the file numbers can't be accessed in Ecas. Mine was showing in process till January and then decision made later. Month or so everything disappeared and system cannot identify my file number. Waited 7 years since I applied for FsW2013 and simontanously got a refund letter didn't hesitate to ask for refund.

I think ur getting frustrated by this freaking UCI... everybody who apply for canadian visa.. i mean any kind of visa they get UCI... irrespective of the outcome...plz I advice u dont be panic over UCI..keep faith and ALLAH will help u out..

I do not think it is the PER. I wrote them asking about application status and CIO answered to this mail.

Hi Zac, get an introductory letter from your HR THAT YOU WORKED IN that organization and tell HR to include working hour per week. It's mendatory.

Just count your daily working hours and multiply it with your weekly working days. It would be your weekly working hours. tell your current employer to describe it in the ref. letter.

Based on my experience, you should be fine. I only stressed part-time status (including hours per week) on a reference letter from a past freelance engagement. Again, I can only speak for myself, but it seems that would be good enough at least for CIO

Just called CIC and got my UCI. But when I try to login using the information, i get this,"We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons" and the list of reasons.

Is this normal..
