I want to discuss one thing , how many chance of a diploma engineer greeting thru FSW, as in NOC 2132 education qualification requirement is Bachelor although Diploma get the same point as B.Tech.
Plz have your say on this as this is very confusing.

CC charge is a very good sign.
Until now nobody received NER after CC charge for FSWP-2013.

Same thought that keeps me awake till now. 1am dubai time. With God's will we'll get PER not NER soon. I believed no one has reported NER after cc/dd has been charged.

Thats what I am hoping for... I am not sure how CIC evaluates an application.

i guess CIC will only charge your CC/DD when you application is complete and your are eligible. otherwise your application is returned to you along with the fee.

Guys, I did some analysis on the FSW 2011 NOC 1122, the hottest NOC in 2011. The analysis shows that each update by CIC correspond a working day. The 1122 was filled up by 8 times update and it is found that NOC 1122 filled up by 8 working days considering Saturday a working date. Applicants who sent application on 9th working day, cited their rejection due to cap being filled. We have seen that CIC did charge CC on Saturdays.

If we go in line with this theory, the 3 times update by CIC for 2013 represent 4th, 6th, and 7th May (exclude 5th May as Sunday).

Nobody knows but I guess I am very doubtful on this analysis... FSW 2013 seems to be very different than 2011.

Nobody is a foreteller here,
Keep yourself calm , wait and hope for the best

For NOC-2132 , only 12 completed applications have reached , so most likely your chances are very high

I guess people can only assume direct comparison to 2011 since way back then, there was an entirely different FSW....
