Well, I guess it looks like you did get your PCC in about 3-4 weeks time which i think is great, and I have a question:

My wife just sent a professional-made fingerprint card and forms to FBI today. Because she did make extra fingerprint cards, do you think is it ok for her to send this whole package to FBI again next Monday so in case her first submission got returned due to various reasons (payment, quality.....), she still can have another chance to go through for her 2nd submission?

You are welcome! You can send as many requests to FBI as your paranoia demands. When I called them to see if they have a record of my request from last time to avoid submission of a new fingerprint card they said that they don't keep records of previous submissions. However, it is FBI after all so they are probably keeping a record of this conversation just in case

Do not worry. your application should be processed around 11th Aug 13 as per spreadsheet average. You will be fine. Just Pray for a +ve news

Dear Experts.. I am 12th June applicant...

Just checked my DD was issued on 19th May, 13 so in the worst case (3 months) my DD will be invalid on 19th Aug. I will verify with my bank tomorrow.

So, what do u suggest i should do if Bank confirms that on 19th it will be invalid? Should I issue a new one and send beforehand?

Please send them the Missing/Wrong form/document in such a way it reaches CIC jusy less than 5 days( Not sure if that is the rite time frame, but sending it too early will result in return of the additional docs as they might not be able to locate original package in the system) before it will be opened for completion check(Watch the spreadsheet to predict processing date), So there will be a UCI no. assigned by then. Include a cover letter with following details and a request and reason why this mis happened.

Dear Friends
I sent my application on 13 june however i noticed in the forum that they returned some files because of old schedule 3 form had been submitted.
I recognized that i did the same mistake by sending old schedule 3 form (called schedule 11).
I decided to send the updated new schedule 3 form by courrier and i sent an email to sydney intake office explaining the mistake i did.
My question is there any thing else i can do or this is enough to prevent sending me back my file?
Please help and advise.

Pjanjuha..don't panic..let me share my story..DD was one of really painful thing for even not even PCC..

The banker of one of the best bank in y country was an #$%^$% and he advised me to write my name on it!

I don't trust him and verify by another banker later on. If I would have done it then my DD would not work ever. And that guy was one of the two who prepare DD and serve at front row.

So, don't listen this bankers ...and don't worry..if it written 6 months, its six months. Six months makes sense by the way.

As the DD has a written statement that it is valid for six months, then it is valid for six months.

You can sue the bank if it is not valid upto six months as it would be breach of contract between you and your bank. <-my own opinion though.
