I'm no expert on DD/ banking but if the Manager has done correction & signed, I assume she knows her job well & it should get accepted. See if your application is accepted by CIO, they will deposit the DD in their bank which will be presented in .. say, SBI Toronto branch (if this where the DD is drawn to) via clearing channel.... unless & until the banker sitting in SBI Toronto br. takes an objection on overwriting/ correction rest assured you safe !

looking at the spreed sheet for 2011 I see that there was an application returned due to "missing document to proof relationship". Does anyone know who this user is and how can I contact him/her, I just want to ask few question.....

if you have any queries in this matter . I have been through this . My application was returned because I did not attach the proof their they are staying in canada ( like bills and bank statements) I had only sent the PR copy and Birth certificate

ONLY ORIGINAL.
Only provide what has been asked. do not be over efficient. keep it simple and STICK to the point ( the way they want it and what they want it)

You're right - but CIC do want the only original you have. And IELTS knows that too but still will never ever give you 2 copies of same certificate. How else would they get another $200 ?

Not to mention that it lasts for only 2 years, which is a nonsense on its own.

Guys..

It is not 300 quota, It is internal news that the total quota for each NOC would be 500 per occupation..

If CIC update that they have got 300 files doest mean they have accepted 300 file, they might have more than 300 but certainly not below 300!

keep hopes and send your file, till they dont update the wesite.

the reason for not updating the CIC status of application received is because they want more files upto 500 atleast! and this is true.

It seems 'someone' is shouting 'please ban me from this forum'

NOC 1122 is NOT there in the FSW 2013 Occupation List .. did you file for NOC 1112 -Financial analysts ?
