FSW 2013: Am I too late

Hi Folks,

I will applying under NOC 2174. My IELTs is on 17th Aug & have sent in my application for checking education credentials. My consultant will only send my file in Sept 1st week when I get my IELTs results. The CIC website already shows 120 completed application on its website as on 29th July.
Am I too late? Will I be able to 300 count? I am really worried, pls help as I am unable to understand the meaning of that number on CIC website. Does that means those guys are considered

I feel its late but as you have send docs for ECA and taken IELTS you can send your file whenever you got both
I advise do not use consultant as they will take lots of money and there are chances of CAP fill before you send application or have a deal like if file return due to CAP fill no payment.

if you are doing so than there is no extra expence to you for submissing application, and nothing wrong to take a chance if no additional loss
