I applied in 2011 under FSW with Arranged Employment residing in US. I have AEO approval currently from my future employer which he applied in 2009.
Recently, I was contacted to submit more documents and followed by rprf (landing fees) and medical request. After submission, I have been now asked to submit LMO and AEO within 60 days. Does my employer really need to apply and seek approval for LMO and AEO at this stage?
