Hey guys, just to share some info, maybe it will help somebody:
In Canada since April 2017 with a IEC WH Visa, currently in AB. Got a job offer as an engineer in oil-business.
Employer got the number two days after they set up the job offer for me at CIC

March 21, 2018
Invitation to apply for a Visa at
March 26, 2018

March 29, 2018
Got the Visa at
April 09, 2018
So the whole process was just around 20 days!
I left Canada to the US at April 8 and came back at April 17. Nobody was interested in my ETA or what ever...got the YP work visa at the airport in Vancouver in ten minutes.
