From which Date / Event date of Application begins ?? PMM/Quorax/Leon/Others

I want to know from which date/event,visa application ( FSW1/ Fast Track ) date gets start and is processed further in that order on the principal of First Come First Serve basis :

1- Date of receipt of initial application to CIO,NS,Sydney,CA
2- Date of 1st AOR from CIO,NS,Sydney,CA
3- Date of receipt of full application @ local CHC

Moreover, If any change ( i.e change in marital status,change in family composition,etc ) happens during the processing, what effect this would have on processing ? I heard that if any such change happens the date of application is revised and refix to start from that date/event.

Date of receipt of initial application received at Nova Scotia office.

IF there is any change in name, etc., just convey the VO via email and they will make the changes, it may slightly delay but not much.

What about change in marital status ( marriage ) during application processing ? How much does it normally delay the processing ? Pls comments
