No, your clock started ticking when you landed in the airport. PR cards can be lost, stolen, destroyed, renewed etc. They have no effect on if you meet the residency obligation or not. If you landed in Feb. 2009, your first 5 years as a PR is Feb 2009 until Feb 2014. In this period, you must have at least 730 days in Canada.

After you have been a PR for 5 years, it is any rolling 5 year period so the days you stayed in Canada right after your landing will move outside the 5 year window and will have to be replaced with new days stayed in Canada so you should always be able to look back at the past 5 years and say that you have 730 days or more in Canada.
