From OWP to Visitor Visa

Hi,

My wife is currently on study permit for her 2nd program and I am on my OWP. We already created an express entry profile because we have 450 CRS points. My concern is, what if we didn't get an ITA after her graduation and she applied for PGWP. Will my application for a visitor visa be refused because we have an active EE profile? Or should we just withdraw the application?
