I just did my medicals nd am still waiting.classes starts in september.to be on a safer side my school sent me a defered admission letter of jan intake incase d embassy tries to play funny with lack of processing time as a reason for refusal.i have sent dis document to dem and still waiting.after medicals wats d duration for reply?wats d possibilty wen asked to do medicals?

It varies country-wise. Mine took 6 working days. It usually takes less than 2-3 months but you never know if the VO picks a fight with his wife - resulting in a delay.jonpaul360 said:

So far, I haven't come across any applicant who got refused after medicals (other than cases where the refusal was based on "irrelevant issues" rather than a medical condition). And since you have also sent a deferral letter, you covered your last loophole or else the VO could have used the expiry date on your LOA as an excuse to refuse you (there were some unlucky members on this forum who faced this tragedy).
