My friend have a permanent visa in Belgium and her family living in Canada as a refugee under social assistant but her sister is working as a part time so that she sponsored her to visit canada. at the same she didn't see her family since 6 years.
the papers she will provide Bank statement with 3000 EUR. and paper form her kids father allow her to take the kid out of belgium for 1 month only.
Do u think they give her the visa or it's impossible at this time?
