Hello! I just need some help/advise on how to get a PHYSICAL COPY of the application I submitted in 2008 when I applied for a visa to come here in Canada.
I know I should have kept a copy of the one's I submitted that time but all I have is just the scratch forms that I filled up.
I applied for PR application in 2010 under spousal sponsorship and until now there is no decision yet.
One of the red flags that they are raising is that...
The time I applied (I WAS SINGLE MOM back then), they said that I did not declare my son at the time of application and that I misinterpreted myself....
ofcourse THAT IS NOT TRUE.!
So I really wanna see the actual file I submitted back then...
How can I request that? please help! Thank you!
