FRESH START WITH NOVA SCOTIA

After being burnt in my zealous quest to relocate to a french-speaking province of Canada - namely Quebec - for lack of adequate points, I have returned from my 4 month hibernation stint to give it another go. ;D

Destination: Nova Scotia (francophone parts)
Area: Community Identified Stream

The question is:

How does one obtain a 'Letter of Identification' from an 'Office of Immigration mandated organisation', to jump-start the process?

Any constructive suggestions will be much appreciated.

To obtain the letter, you must have "long established community connections" to a community in Nova Scotia. Are you already living there?

Just to explain my "are you living there" question a bit further...

It's always been my understanding that the Community Identified Stream is for those who either are living or have lived in a specific community in Nova Scotia and can demonstrate strong ties to that specific community.

If you have never lived in Nova Scotia, then I don't believe you qualify for this immigration program.

Again, that's always been my understanding. Please someone correct me if I'm wrong...

I also applied unders community identified stream this year..i already recieved file number and the immigration officer were asking me some documents for them to consider my application. What did you do to obtain community connection,i am so worried that the ns immigration will refuse my application coz they are not satisfied with my community connection. They give me 1month to comply it..

Any suggestion would be a big help to my case
