fresh PCC required by LVO

I have been asked to submit fresh PCC along with med n few other docs. My question is
Do we have to submit PCC from all places of residence all over again or is it sufficient just to submit PCC for the places of residence since the issue date of the previous PCC submitted to CIC with initial documents?

Hi Friends

Help is required ... for How long a PCC is valid. I have already issued it but right now i am not being asked for it. So till when that would be valid if in the middle i am being asked for it.

PCC is valid for 1 year from it's date of issue
