Would this category of EE continue in the following years? Or is it just for 2023? Also, if i have an online etsy shop and work part time (online) for a company would this count as self-employed? thanks

If you are working for a company, you are not self employed.
But can i still be considered employed? Because i study at the same time and only work part time for my moms business (i have work insurance payed too)
