I will be applying for citizenship this month and would like to take the test as soon as it is scheduled, so I want to start preparing for it. Can anyone share free study material for it. I am aware of discover Canada pdf, but I am looking to test myself with questions.

Hi! I ran into the same problem while preparing — reading the PDF alone didn't tell me if I actually remembered anything.


I ended up building a free practice tool for myself with all 400 official-style questions, and for each one you can check the exact passage from the Discover Canada guide the answer comes from, so you're not just guessing at true/false. There's also a 20-question mock exam mode if you want to simulate the real test.

If you’re looking for additional practice questions, you can also try https://citizenshipcanada.app/. It has chapter-based quizzes and full mock tests in both English and French. I created it after using the official guide to prepare for my own test and getting 20/20. I’d still recommend reading Discover Canada first and then using the quizzes to identify the areas that need more review.
