Franchise Taken Over Question

Dear All,

I am working for a GMC franchise in Dubai and the franchise was taken over on 1 January 2008 by another dealer. I worked for four year for the previous dealer and all our employment benefits were transferred to the new dealer. My question is the current employer will issue me an experience certificate for the whole period or separate certificates will be issued by both dealers.
