Hi again.
On 23 Mart 2009 I received the AOR and now I preparing my supporting documents. I plane to send them at the end of June. Unfortunately not everything is perfect. My employer refusing to give me reference letter because this is not common practice in my country and because he has keeping the employee with quality education.
Now according to rules I should provide notarised contract and letter of reference which describe my duties during the period of my work. I have only gain my contract and special excerpt from my account in National Social Security Institute. And of course my work-book but there is no description about my duties.
There also have option for including "letter of explanation" which write up why reference letter missing and which I have already prepared.
But I am not sure how they will look over my application without this letter and how I should provide evidence of my work experience.
Any ideas?
