Found a mistake in the GCMS notes. HELP!

Hello Guys,

I ordered a GCMS notes one month ago and just got it. I found a mistake in the notes for the current position. In self-employed yes or no column, it shows as yes. Actually it is not self employed. I think this is my mistake, I chose it wrongly when I fill in the express entry pofile. Do you think I should send an explanation letter to local VO about this? or shall I wait until they need my explanation?

In my opinion, you should not wait for them to point it out. Raise a CSE and explain your mistake.
