forms to local visa office photocopy date query

Deaar seniors,
The forms to be sent to local visa office should be the photocopy of the original form sent to cio sydney in which the date is the one mentioned at the time of sending the documents to cio with original sign.
OR Should I send new forms by modifying the date on the form ie current date along with sign. also in work experience I have mentioned for currrent job to date as the month /year of application ie say 02-2010,in this case shoul I modify this date also as current month./year
As per CIC guide only photocopy of forms sent to cio alongwith original signature are to be sent to local visa office so this means any modifucation is not reqd.

Kindly suggest the correct option

As per CIC guide only photocopy of forms sent to cio alongwith original signature are to be sent to local visa office so this means any modifucation is not reqd.(Update your detail if some changes have happened).

as instructed in cic website you should keep a photocopy of ur appl to be sent to chc if your file recommended for further assessment
if u have any changes do it in new form & write coverletter

As per the instructions photocopy the original forms then date and sign original and send to CIO, NS
Date and sign the copy and send it to CHC
In case of exp, personal history issues..even i filled Jan, 2010 then, when i send it to CHC i didnt change the forms but attached a sheet explaning that i m wroking with same employer and staying at same address so read jan 2010 as upto date.
