Hi All,

A friend who is already in the process newly got married and wants to bring the spouse into his application, on writting to the Visa Office he was asked to fill the Schedule A Background form for the Spouse and other documents which thay have gotten already. The question now is that b4 they got married, the lady has applied for UK Visa twice and was denied with the refusal stamp on the passport. And on the Schedule A form, it is clearly stated that if you have any issue as in Visa refusal or deportation from any country or Canada, that you should indicate it with reasons at the bottom. My question now is, is it possible that they will go to UK embasy to check, or when you submit your Passport later on, wont they check if you didnt indicate the Visa refusal on the Schedule A form. Wont this result to problem of delay etc. replies from anybody whether good or bad is welcome.

Regards,
Dr. Calgary.

If she lies, and there is a good chance CHC will find out, then the application will be refused for misrepresentation and a 2 year ban imposed.
