and also in form IMM 5532 Part C question no 4 they are asking: If you are not living together, have you visited each other during your relationship?

what shall I say yes or no? do they mean after marriage? because I used to live in the same country than my family moved to Canada as refugee. after one and half year I went to Pakistan to get marry. does it count as a visit? because this was my only visit to Pakistan for my marriage with him before I was already there in the same country and city.

It's your opportunity to share any information about your relationship that you were unable to share or unable to fully explain in other parts of the form/application package, or information that you think will support your claim of a legitimate relationship. I didnt include anything here so I don't have any suggestions for what to put there, but that's basically what they're asking for

Can I put how did we meet and how I met his family and how he met my family and all?? coz I don't know what else to share to them

You don't have to put anything if you don't want to. You should have already shared how you met in a previous question, but if you want to include about meeting his family, that's your choice. I can't tell you if it will help you, but it won't necessarily hurt you.

Apologies, I didnt fully read that correctly the first time. Any time you have left Canada to see your spouse counts as a visit, before or after marriage.

They mean currently. Unless they ask about a time period or are clearly asking about the past, they are asking you about your current situation at the time of submission. I don't know what counts as a visit.

when did u apply can u share ur timeline with me plz. and r u the sponser??

Highly likely. I'm still waiting for a decision, and there's no guarantee that will come quickly at all, but the Mississauga office tends to move outland applications fairly quickly so I do have a bit of hope.
