Sorry if some of these questions are dumb, am just filling out our papers today and am nervous to get the wrong things in there and have delays

Do I attach my photo here by some method or do I just send a bunch of loose passport photos and they attach it?

Do I include all of my family information here? I wasn't sure if it was all family information (including my spouses son) or ones immigrating with me so have filled it all out.

If you want, you can stick them in an envelope so they don't get lost, but don't attach them to anything.
