Form IMM5748 , unable to enter data for year 2023

Hi Team ;
I am downloading form IMM5748 from the CIC website. I am able to enter information for 2021 and 2022, but I am unable to enter information for 2023.
Is there a problem with this form? Does anyone have the right form that can be filled out?
