Form IMM5669E & IMM5406

Hi,

I am currently working in Canada on a work permit. I have completed more than a year of work in Canada so trying to apply for a PR under the CEC class. My wife has also worked in Canada for the same amount of time. In our application, I will be the primary applicant.

This sounds like a very basic question but when filing out the forms IMM5669E and IMM5406, do I have to fill out a separate form for each of us (we have a 2 year old son too)?

your dependent children aged 18 or over (whether accompanying you to Canada or not).

This form must be completed by:
