My Sponsor lives in Canada and I live in Pakistan.

and what address does my sponsor have to send the form and all documents to? she lives in Canada and I live in pakistan.

The Immigration office that requests your PR application would be the one from Pakistan. Your sponsor will send all your applications (sponsor application and sponsored person application) in Mississauga,Ontario first then after she gets approved to be a sponsor, they will forward it to your Visa Office (VO) in Pakistan.

Are you applying outland? If so you write the visa office responsible for dealing with pakistan applications.

If you are applying inland you write vegreville.

It doesn't matter where the sponsor lives. This is asking where your application will be looked at. For example, I put london even though my partner is canadian.
