I am trying to fill up the application to change conditions , extend my stay or remain in canada as a worker form for my partner. My partner was under under maternity leave right now, before that she is under worker visa status(closed permit), then she was released by her employer last year, and right now, I am preparing the sponsorship for common law partner, and also the open permit application.
About this form, I had a question,regarding the details of intended work in Canada page 3.
1. what type of work permit are you applying for? my answer is open permit.
2. Details of my prospective employer questions, since she don't have a new employer or she cannot find a new one, can i answer it not applicable?
As of now, she did not apply for a job. or did i had the correct form ?
