Form IMM 1294

I tried chrome , explorer and mozilla. I opened the form with adobe then filled and validated . But when it comes to upload in my cic account it says that the version of the document is no longer accepted. Although Im using the latest version of adobe and downloading the form that is latest. I cant find any other form. So if someone is facing the same please tell me what should I do .. As i want to apply as soon as possible.

Hi guys. If you've already downloaded the updated adobe and still have issues opening the form you might want to try opening it via internet explorer or mozilla. I had issues opening the form using google chrome.
 
Hello, can someone please email me the form I cannot view the pdf online. I tried to download multiple times and have updated acrobat yet I am unable to get the form. My email is surajkanwar@gmail.com, I appreciate the help.
