a friend of mine landed in toronto applied for his PR card and returned back to his homeland and gave an address of his friend to pick his card and send it back for him...
now his friend catastrophically lost his card.. and the poor guy is back home...
what do you all think should be done in this case ???
iam in canada myself now so could i call the PR card call centre on 1 800-xxx-xxxx and ask them for an IMM 5451 form on his behalf??? and tell them perhaps the card wasnt ever recieved??
The form (IMM5451) may be obtained by contacting the PR Card Call Centre
