My friend have been asked to raise visa from my company, and they asked for form 16 and ITR for past 3 years. In the current organisation he has not shown experience of previous company in the current organisation, but in ITR previous company details are shown. Will this be a problem does he need to submit documents for all the details displayed in ITR.
