FORM: 1344 Sponsor eligibly assessment Question 4.

"Do you reside in canada and no other country?
If you answered "NO", but you are a Canadian citizen living exclusively outside of Canada, you may still be eligible to sponsor."

My Sponsor is a Canadian citizen, but has her permanent residency in the states as her mother lives down there. has anyone have any information about this?

what is the Canadian definition for reside? a duration ect? googles def is "have one's permanent home in a particular place." so from that def i think it should be fine to say "YES" as she resides in canada more 95% of the time.

Thoughts?

Thanks

Sam

She's living exclusively in Canada if she's spending 95% of her time there.

I agree with u. If she's spending 95% of her time in Canada and is a Canadian but has a Pr in the states as long as she is here that much u should have no problems. All PR is is giving someone the right to live in that country. She is Canadian
