Forgot to mention previous visa refusal :( Please help

You do not have to send any forms unless specifically asked.

To see what you answered in your application, you will have to get your documents from IRCC under the ACcess to Information.

Very normal. It can take time for an officer to review the webforms and enter them in the application. However, as long as the webform is in, you need not worry.

@legalfalcon Are there any chances that I get PFL or visa rejection just because visa officer did not see my webform ? Do visa officers check all the webforms before sending any further correspondence ?

All that matters is that you send the web form and officers will review them. Also, keep the web form sending confirming for your records.

In the form, there is a specific question on whether you have applied to IRCC before and space under it to respond. That is where you can enter all previous applications.

@legalfalcon i called ircc and they told me that my webform is seen by visa officer and he has left the following note in my file " I have recieved the updated 1295e form" ... Hope it solves my problem... What is your opinion on it.

You don't need to pay anything to raise a web form. You can do it online by yourself in less than 5 minutes.
Raising a web form to check the status of your application, add a document, correct a mistake in your application, etc is FREE!

Raising a CSE doesn't cost any dime. Thats the problem with all these immigration reps. They want to make money from every little mistakes you make. So pathetic.

Thanks @ishanarorase and @mosmo . I'v raised the CSE myself. I chose "Permanent Residence(applied online)" for "Type of application/enquiry". Then I gave the visa refusal details in the "Your enquiry" part. As I can't find the refusal letter, I didn't attach any document. Then submit the enquiry. I've received a mail to tell that this enquiry has been received. Is there a way to go through this enquiry?

@legalfalcon @Mpmp I called the canada IRCC today , they told me that my webforms for 2 amendments for form1295e have been reached to my file on 19th october (1 of the amendment was about adding USA visa refusal information),However visa officer has not yet seen or taken action the webforms . Is it normal ?

@ishanarorase can you please share where did you find email to ask whether your changes have reached to your file? Also, can you share contact number where to call to check webform is received or not? In your webform, have you provided details in description box or attached an updated form? Please suggest as I am in a same situation.

@Naira_canada I raised a webform and in description I mentioned about the refusal issue , also I attached the updated form 1295e in the webform . And you don't need to call ircc , if u raise a webform it will be definitely attached to your file.
