You can't if you forgot your username. You will have to create a new GCKey

Hi, I have two questions:
1) I also forgot username and already created a new account, is it possible to link or see the past processes of the "old" account or retrieve them to the new account (I applied for my study permit and extension permit via the "old" account?
2) My mother was creating also an account to apply for Visitor visa and after completing all the steps her name shows without intermediate spaces (she has 3 given names, as they appear in her passport) and her last name but with part of her second name like pasted at the end . To summarize, is there a way to delete/revoke that account/profile to start a new one?Or is there any problem if she creates a new one. She did not even apply for anything so far.
