I have forget to declare my US visa refusal in my Canada express Entry file. Now they have given me 7 days to provide reason of refusal documents and explanation for discrepancies. Please help me in this.

What other suggestions? There is no other way. You need to send an LOE ASAP with supporting documentation or you are looking at possibility of rejection.
