Foreign Work Experiences obtained after filing study permit application, does it count?

Hi all,

I remember reading under a thread somewhere suggesting the following (or something very similar in effect):

Although you can absolutely apply for EE and a Study Permit simultaneously; any foreign job experiences, which you gained after the date you file in your Study Permit application, cannot be used to claim points for EE.

So for example, my total foreign job experience will come to 3 years in August 2021. However if I filed an application for Study Permit with CIC in July 2020, I may not claim the full points on 3 years of experience because I will be considered a student after my SP application?

Is this true? Is there any official documents which can be seen as reference to this?

I will be in this dillema in the coming year so would really appreciate your input!

No, because your work experience, I assume, is not in Canada.
