Foreign work experience: removing it after ITA

Hi, I have received my ITA. my CRS score is 556. I think the cutoff was 449. I got 38 points for foreign work experience, but i don't think i'm going to be able to get an reference letters for that or my pay stubs, is it ok to not include it in my work experience when I apply (i would still have more points than the cutoff, i would still have languages and canadian work experience) and should I explain it in a LoE in personal history ?

You can remove and just explain in LOE the change in score.
