Hi guys. A short query as regards foreign experience. I just completed three years of experience and was hoping now I'd be eligible for the maximum points. But there seems to be a change in the way CIC is calculating now. In the section asking foreign work experience, the only options appearing are "two to three" or "four to five" Now I'm in the 3-4 slot as I'm just crossing three years now, but there isn't an option for that here. Would i be considered in the next bracket is I've crossed three years? To anyone's knowledge, has CIC changed this since June? Because the CRS calculator still asks in the old format i.e. "more than three years" being the maximum points. My points as per CRS with 3+ years of experience are 441. But if i choose 2-3 years in a profile, they turn out to 416. I can't figure out the issue here. I'm attaching screenshot URL's for reference. Kindly help!

You are in the 2-3 year bracket. No - you would not be considered in the next bracket since you've crossed three years. You won't be in the next bracket until you have 4 full years of work experience.

I see. But unless there has been a change in the system of points allotment itself, why do they have these distinctions? From the CRS calculator, its evident that anyone with experience over 3 years is entitled to the maximum points. Has there been any change to this rule lately which might not have been updated in the official CRS calculator?
