Hi
I have foreign work experience started on December 2006 and it will be expire on 1st December 2016, as it will be 10 years already. I am wondering if I will get an ITA on 30th November (If there is a draw) on that basis and when I will upload documents for application is that work experience will be still valid ? From my point of view when I will get the ITA it will be valid and thats the most important. Need your suggestions.
Thanks in advance.

The ITA serves as a kind of "lock in" point for most eligibility criteria, so yes, you can still use it up until that point.

However, are you aware that you max out on points at 3 years of foreign work experience?

Thanks for the reply.. Yes this is my third year of foreign experience. Actually I surprised when I saw there are no difference between one year and two years foreign experience so I will loose 12 points on 1st December.
