I have one yr of work exp (Foreign work experience ) in same NOC that I am working right now in Canada.

But to prove that, I don't have any documents other than offer letter, and my employer is ready to provide employment reference letter.

So that is all we need to prove that we had 1 yr exp ?

my payment was in cheques and that is why I don't have pay stub and I had closed that bank account before moved to Canada, so can't get bank statements.

Please let me know, is the offer letter and employment reference letter is good to go ?

Thanks in advance!

A solid reference letter that provides the information CIC is looking for (title, hours worked, salary, job responsibilities that align with your pertinent NOC, etc) will suffice. It's good news that your employer is willing to give you one!

Good luck!

Back in my home country I had a business and my wife was working for me do you think if I write a reference letter it is going to be a problem with the CIC?
